This is the sign up for Valentine'sBasket Swap 2026. By signing up and paying your sign up fee of $5, you are agreeing to fulfill your end of the swap by sending your partner a gift that is worth more than either $20 or $40 (based on your selection) before shipping costs. You both will ship to each other so those costs will cancel out. 

You will also get a Valentine's Card from LSG with the possibility to be 1 of 5 lucky cards with a NIFTY GIFTY attached! 

If you do not uphold your end of the bargain, you will be removed from LSG and any affiliates. 

Once your fee is paid, submit your completed form to LSGsantaswap@gmail.com. You will then be paired up with someone based on the info provided on your form.
